About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or our peer support service, provided by Capable Again ([REGISTERED ADDRESS], [CHARITY OR COMPANY NUMBER]). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We offer free, confidential peer support from people with lived experience of health or disability at work. Peer support workers share experience and help you think through your options.

What we don’t provide

  • Medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
  • An emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. You can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.

Confidentiality

We keep conversations confidential, except where we believe someone is at serious risk of harm or the law requires us to share information. See our privacy notice for details.

Using our service respectfully

We ask everyone to treat our peer support workers with respect. We may end or pause support if someone is abusive or threatening.
